The luxury residential market in Hong Kong continues trending upward, Keio has been awarded a MVAC Installation Contract for a residential development in Southern District.

The project includes 15 luxury detached villas, Keio is responsible for design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the Air-Conditioning and Ventilation systems. The project is located inside the hill; hence, it requires very precise planning on every detail, to maximize energy efficiency, making good use of natural ventilation, and enhancing thermal comfort under all weathers.

The project has been completed satisfactorily; it adds a new milestone to Keio in the territory of luxury properties.
