The development of MTR malls has become more popular over the past two decades; the 40,000 sqm PopCorn is located above the Tseung Kwan O MTR station, Keio was responsible for the design, supply and installation of the Electrical, MVAC and Fire Services systems for the entire mall, including approximately 150 retail shops and restaurants, and a cinema. The mall is connected to the MTR station, a public transportation hub and a global chain hotel, hence, required a high level of security and power supply.
